Please join Everybody...has a story running every Tuesday at 5.30 pm in the summer at the Goddards Green Road car park to Hemsted Forest for a 5 k Run & walk with Faith to encourage health, Peace & Light within nature and an opportunity to mix with like minded people, whatever your level of fitness & ability to help you along your way on your journey.

A good way to get healthy or increase your speed.
