About Meredith's Journey so far....
 

Brought up in a family of C of E Christians by my Mother & Father, English, then British & European. I feel strongly about encouraging others.

 

From an early age I was inspired by family & their friends who kept fit & healthy, a sister a nurse and 2 brothers in the Royal Marines.  I went on to study the Art of Aikido and became a 1st Dan black belt and gained the title of European mixed team champion. 

I taught for a little while children & adults. 

 

Then, I went on to study the Art of running at Dulwich Runners on the Road and X Country & Cambridge Harriers on the Track. Eventually, I had the honor of qualifying to be a member of the British Milers Club, later breaking the 5 mins for the mile in 4:57 & running the time of 33:58 for 10k at Chichester in 2003.

 I went on to gain many titles in the South East and eventually represented England on the Road.

I then left competing in running & began running for health while working in Benenden hospital and while there studied and qualified as a Sports & Remedial Masseur (LSSM) at the Regents Park college.

Since then I have been an advocate for Peace through Health world wide & for the vulnerable to be protected in all walks of life.

I am a Woman who run's & some have said Beautifully & I hope powerfully, I hope to show this is possible for all women who want to & that I am not a man because I do so. I hope to do this with my running health shoe shop...
