The Virgin with angels, Song of the Angels, & Innocence
It's interesting as I think through my prayer's & with my innocence. The Virgin Mary is with me in the night as I curl up to sleep and think of the above painting.
Our memories sleep & stay asleep that are not the one's we wish to be remembered & that person from the beginning, innocence continues with me on my Journey ....
Because as we sleep we heal, with good thoughts we heal, healthy food & walking/Running we heal & the darkness dissipates to the ground out into the water into the sea washed clean and up like protons, neutrons & electrons, & Angels watch over me. '.

Ask someone to join you who hasn't been brave enough to do this before, but has always wanted to try & watch in wonder at the changes that take place over the year to come...
