Saving Christmas & The Running health shoe shop....

Meredith Palm Pannett, Barty Bartrum and Monty Montgomery & her children are followed around by a black panther and Tiger that both turned whiter than white, brighter than bright that show how to swish their tails peacefully & properly to accomplish good in the beautiful world that we really do live in that people forgot. The animals all were understood and never really spoke, but we always knew what they were saying with compassion. Some would say they were our imagination.

Now the child was rarely seen by other people, but was Gods child as we all really are which is the Beauty within us all that we should never forget & never allow to be taken away.

There was also a not very nice Princess & Prince & their people who briefly appeared in the lives of Meredith Palm Pannett a church of England christian by her mother Pamela Francis Evelyn Russell Pannett and her childhood to date. The not very nice Princess and Prince both pretended to be good and accomplish good in the world & tried to convert her, however, Meredith Palm Pannett's little Princess from birth to date really did accomplish good in the world by sending letters to very important people who ignored them, but by sending those letters they knew that they were by far more humble and beautiful in the real world that exists that very very special children never forgot & if they did they would soon remember...The children that were forbidden to send the letters had already sent them by way of the children before.

The Rabbit that Barty Bartum always carried around with her was a very special Rabbit which symbolised both Christmas and Easter. On her feet she wore special shoes that had been chosen to keep her journey healthy. They sometimes sparkled when the light shone on them and Rabbit always knew that her journey was always safe when she had Meredith beside her with the children, Barty Bartrum, Monty Montgomery & all of nature around them.

While Easter was never our favorite as we would always have wanted to save Jesus and never let him be hurt in the first place for the sins of man kind, which was why Meredith Palm Pannett, always tried to protect the children in the world both in adults as a memory and children so that the world was remembered as the beautiful place it really is. However, Easter always symbolised spring & the light that returns to the world after winter which was the renewal of all of the gift of Gods creation that we all belonged to whatever your belief. The water (which was important for people to drink,) protons, neutron & electrons all jostling around helping the leaf to grow and the flowers to bloom. Something people called photo phase system 2. They called it this now because they had forgotten the gift of Gods creation and felt they had to understand it to put right the wrongs they had made & how simplicity really is Gods way. They called things carbon dioxide and oxygen and they had forgotten that organic was the real way and pollution wasn't!

Scarfy Giraffe was very rarely seen, but sometimes seen by very special Children. She would appear and say hello and never ever do wrong or allow wrong to happen & would remind people to look up and not down all the time. This memory came from a history forgotten, but soon began to be remembered. The people who forgot tried to take over the world & soon remembered that all people had a part to play in that history of the world. Now, Scarfy Giraffe lived on Morgew estate and always wished it was Organic and did everything she could to remind them that that was what was going to happen eventually anyway as that was how the world really was. This would lead the way, not to an empire that dominated the world of old, but to an example of how the world had forgotten how beautiful it really is.

Now 116 Tenterden High Street The Old gallery house was a very special house that could only be bought and lived in By Meredith Palm Pannett, her soul, her Children, and Barty Bartrum and Monty Montgomery, Bumble bees in the garden with 2 fish in the water feature and damselfly nymphs that turned into a beautiful example of how beautiful natures colours really are, butterflies that were released every year from pupae, ladybird larvae that turned into ladybirds and 2 mice that lived in a house at the end of the garden all snuggled up in lambs wool. There was a bird house that always had the hope of a visiting blue tit, wren or robin red breast to live in as a home every year. If anyone else tried to live in 116 Tenterden high street the old gallery house it became cursed (If you believe in that sort of thing) and people would run away from the house and never return.

In time, the house would became a running health shoe shop that Meredith Palm Pannett owned & lived in that was very very special called "Everybody...has a story running the old gallery house", that helped people on their journey with health with natural gait analysis, Peace beads and labels to remind people of how beautiful the world is and the part they all play in looking after this the gift of Gods creation. Revelation 21:21 ....This would be started by basic/natural analysis of the persons gait helping them to choose the correct shoes to avoid injury at the beginning of their individual journey. The Peace beads & labels would be given to them by the children, suggested to keep a journal & as they left the shop quietly, they would be wished on their journey with Peace, Health & light to guide their path on their way. A little bit like 'Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105' Whatever your belief these word's ring true...

Now the Peace beads are very special as the first were made by the hands of people who really did want Peace and the second beads were just as special as they were bought with the love in the hearts of the children that were with me when they were bought. All colours that shone with the white light brighter than bright whiter than white from heaven above like the stars in the sky when the light shines through them as the gift of Gods creation. Now when someone from the Church bought a pair or running health shoes from Meredith Palm Pannett's Health shoe shop in Tenterden they all received a peace bead & label from Meredith & one of the children as did all people regardless of their religion or belief. This meant that wherever they were in the world they all had a symbol of what the Peace bead meant to Meredith & the children & at Christmas time they would sparkle even brighter than ever before. Some would place them on the Christmas tree, others on a key ring, but they all had the same meaning they were given with. Some would be made of clay from the Rye pottery company and glazed white. Genesis 2:7. Isaiah 64:8 . The label would read "This garment has been sold to you with health, peace & light at the heart of them to help you on your journey. With this in mind I invite you to think about what that means to you & the effect that has on you. Walk or run with Faith. Peace & Light.... God speed..."

Meredith always used to laugh and play as she took her daily walk up to the pond & then through Morgew estate while singing her songs with the children, Barty Bartrum & Monty Montgomery, The whiter than white brighter than bright Tiger & Panther in their pajamas the birds bees and lambs in the field in Spring. The songs would vary from Gods love Gods light, Gods love Gods light, love you birds love you beads love you flowers love you trees love you leaves love you love you love you love you or Photo symphasis carbon-dioxide oxygen, the healing leaves of the trees, the oxygen we breath, the gift of Gods creation we love you we love you, yes we do, yes we do. While we sing as we go along I repeat the muscles in the body that are important to the gait analysis wondering how many people this will help and keep them healthy for the future. The children all smile and sing 'and We will look after Barty Bartrum and Monty Montgomery the peace beads and labels'

I sing 'I will look after their feet on their journey which will look after their bodies in health with the puppy and the kitten, Peace beads & labels' in 116 Tenterden High Street the Old gallery house'. With that in mind I contact the Forestry England to see if they will give permission for me to organise and hold 2 mile & 5K runs & walks throughout the year in Hempsted Forest. This will encourage people to look after their local environment and the beauty of the Trees around us with the healing leaves upon them. The children all giggle and sing 'We can hand out the pins for the numbers and shout 'Don't worry you will all be fine, well done!' While I organise the numbers with the bumble bees and butterflys handing out the numbers from my hands to theirs and hand out information for the soil association to support health in all aspects which looks after the gift of Gods creation'The people of Tenterden began to get to know about the runs in Hemsted forest and began to show a little interest and some thought it a good idea others not too sure, but Meredith and the children along with the butterfly's, bumble bees and Barty Bartrum & Monty Mongomery knew that it would all work out fine and the Peace beads and lables and Christmas would all be saved.

Meredith, the children and Barty along with Moulin Roty Rabbit, Monty, the wiggly butterfly (soon to be) and bees along with the mice, all went along to Church at St Mildreds most Sundays. They sang as loud as they could to hymns and Lindsay and Jeanette took the service. The congregation was a little older than Meredith and the children. However, they could see God's children in them all and the joy of being a Christian with the fellowship. T he children, Barty along with Moulin Roty Rabbit in tow, Monty, the wiggly butterfly and bees along with the mice all hid and ran around throughout the service except for one of the Children, Meredith's child who always loved to sing the hymns as loud as she could. When the service's ended, on their way they all left and went on their walk to the pond and Morgew estate.

By the pond at the cricket field in Tenterden a man called Billy looked after the grounds. We were never interested in the cricket, just the fish pond where we played all day on adventures and capturing Damsel fly's and frogs while we waited to buy the 116 Tenterden High street The Old gallery house. Billy used to feed the fish bread and grumble at the ducks on the pond who used to try to eat the bread before the fish could swim to get it. It was there that we decided that we had to save Christmas....

It was a bright Autumn morning and a beautiful frost had appeared on the ground from the night before's clear sky. We always loved looking up at the beautiful deep clear blue night sky and wondered about the constellations in glee and marveled at how beautiful the sparkles in the morning from the frost would reflect the sparkles in the night sky.

The children and I woke up to the sound of the birds, a beautiful gift to us all and free. we always said in bed before I opened the curtains 'what is the weather like today?' I would say what I thought & the children would repeat what I had said and always one would say something a little different. On this particular day we decided it was an...

'Um, Bright clear sky with a beautiful frost & fluffy clouds' one child repeated the same and a little voice said

'Bright clear sky with a beautiful frost, fluffy clouds & a rainbow'.

With this said I jumped out of bed opened the curtains and the day started beautifully as we expected. I looked in the mirror and accomplished my normal ballet twirl and off we went to prepare a healthy breakfast with the beauty of the gift of God's creation in mind thinking of how this will benefit our mind, body & soul.

Now the children were very well aware of this and Scarfy Giraffe was too, how important the soil our food was grown in and how the rotation of the crops were important for the health of the earth and environment we live in. I then said ' I wonder if people began to ask themselves can I afford to eat and live healthily, if I can't, why and what can I do about it and if I can can I afford to have children and do the same? This became an important question for the health of the gift of Gods creation & saving Christmas!

After our healthy breakfast we got dressed out of our pajamas into our clothes and off we went with Barty Bartrum and Monty Montgomery, the bumble bees, birds, Lady birds & butterfly's. The beautiful patterns on all the cars from the frost of the clear blue sky the night before swirled and showed how nature really is the inspiration for many things we see in the world created by us. However, the important thing to remember was that our natures were not from the animal kingdom and that what we see in nature that was not very kind was not to be replicated as we understood that the gift of Gods creation was far more than people realised or remembered. We grow our food and treat animals kindly with an organic healthy life and Peace & light prevails.

All the leaves were changing colour on the trees and beginning to drop and the beauty of Autumn was beginning to be seen. 'Why do the leaves on the trees change colour, one of the children asked?' Meredith chirped up and said 'The Leaves turn red in autumn due to a chemical process called anthocyanin' The children chuckled and said 'That's a funny word' Meredith smiled and continued 'When sugars that haven't been reabsorbed by the tree are trapped in the leaf, they get converted into red anthocyanin pigments. This process is helped by cool temperatures and dry weather, as this help's to concentrate sugars in the leaves'. They are found in fruits and vegetables, and have many healthy benefits, including supporting heart and possibly brain health' They also act as antioxidants, protecting the body from damage and may help with tummy health by supporting beautiful gut bacteria' So again a sign of a beautiful gift of the gift of Gods creation in health with all the colours around us'. The children giggled and ran around with Barty and Monty saying 'it all sounds complicated to me' 'Not really' Meredith said 'if you trust in the beautiful gift of Gods creation'

'Come on children, lets try to catch a falling leaf as it's meant to be lucky' Meredith Palm Pannett said. As we tried we giggled as it was almost impossible then Meredith placed her hand in her bag and pulled out a card and handed the children a tree leaf identifier and they ran off to find the tree it belonged to, they ran back again after a few minutes out of breath humbly happy that they found the correct tree and with another card they were of running around trying to find the next tree keeping healthy on their way when all of a sudden it dawned upon us that it would soon be Christmas. Now Meredith and the children always remembered Christmas throughout the year because people always appeared kinder or compassionate to each other. They looked out for the lichen (reindeer food) on the ground to see if the reindeer had been around to see if we had all been behaving. Now the Reindeer were special because they represented the presents of the gift of Gods creation an energy that no one really ever saw, but knew was there. This was when Meredith Palm Pannett sat down by the pond and the children, Barty Bartrum and Monty Mongomery, the bee's, bird's, mice and butterfly's all danced around her and the plan for the running health shoe shop began to take place with saving Christmas in mind.

The advent of Christmas would soon be here and the thought of people remembering the journey they take in their lives would be nice if helped along with health in mind. The children giggled with the bumble bees and butterflies and said 'we can help with the Peace beads & labels', 'That's a good idea' I said. We can help at the start of the journey with the shoes & clothes, a little bit like Rabbits shoes that are special 'Come, ye blessed of my Father'Matthew 25:34–35. It means that if they get the first part right at the beginning of their journey then the rest should be in health. The butterflies all danced along with the bumble bees and damselflies and along came scarfy giraffe. As we looked up at scarfy giraffe we remembered the star the 3 wise men followed on their journey at Christmas. She reminded us of the importance of looking after the earth and soil being organic and we giggled again at the Lumbricals, muscles in the feet meaning earth worms, and especially leading up to Christmas for Christians the birth of Jesus. Then the Peace beads and labels became even more important. We said 'even if you are not a Christian, whatever your faith the journey is still important in health for the individual and the gift of Gods creation'. The children giggled and continued running around with the birds, bee's, butterflies and damselflies.

Instead of going out all the time and eating Christmas pudding and Christmas dinners and spending lots of money on things that people really didn't need, on the build up to Christmas they could think of the how the journey to Christmas eve and day would be the gift of Christmas from the start of Advent to the birth of Jesus. They might like to eat organic healthy food in moderation ready for the Christmas feast on the 25 th Dec & presents remembering the gift from God which was Jesus. They could start running or walking with the running shoes Everybody...has a story running health shoe shop would sell and start the journey in health. Scarfy Giraffe smiled as she thought that that was a beautiful idea so that people began to think more about each other healthily, the earth and the air we breath around them and for those who can't afford it than just themselves & Peace on earth should prevail. As we looked up to Scarfy Giraffes smile we remembered follow the Star, the 3 wise men's journey and how the light from the sun beautifully nourishes the earth and how everything grows because of this. The rain the gift from Gods creation and the beautiful rainbows that this produces from the light of the sun. As we stood up Meredith Palm Pannett handed another tree leaf identifier card and they ran off into the distance to find the tree it belonged to. As Meredith smiled to herself she thought of how healthy and fit the children would be after the fresh air and all the running around they had done chasing the leaves, almost as if the leaves of the trees were healing them in health.

Having just arrived home after being out for the morning chasing leaves, Meredith quickly looked in the post to see if she had received a letter indicating that she could go ahead and buy 116 Tenterden High Street the Old gallery house, 'Oh dear' Meredith said still no sign. As she said that Meredith thought about the Christmas advent and how Christmas was a time of bringing heaven to earth and how Scarfy giraffe reminds us of this by looking up at her and the hope of the organic earth she stands on delivering us back to health. As she said this she thought 'Cakes might be eaten at Christmas, Easter, Birthdays, weddings and christenings instead of all the time while having coffee or tea. People would have less sugar in their meals and become much healthier, mind body and soul and look forward to the cake when they do have it. A little bit like the anticipation of Joseph and Mary's journey to the birth of Jesus. It would teach us patients. The children giggled and said 'can we help make the cake this year for Christmas? Yes, of course we can. Hopefully we will be in 116 Tenterden High Street by then'. The butterflies by this time were trying to get to the sunshine outside as they had followed us indoors and the bumble bees were busy finding places to rest. Autumn had nearly set in and the butterflies and bumble bees were getting ready to rest for the winter. Barty Bartrum raised an eyebrow while snuggled up in her bed at the mention of cake and went back to sleep. Monty Montgomery all of a sudden pounced on Barty and all excitement broke out and the children began to run around again.

Meredith's thoughts were brought back to the running health shoe shop and saving Christmas. 'Children listen, listen' Meredith said can you hear the birds singing? a beautiful gift from the gift of God's creation and it's free. It's a little bit like the choir I hope to have outside 116 Tenterden High Street The old gallery house on the green at Christmas all with candles, 3 Christmas trees, non alcoholic organic mulled wine, low sugar of course and organic 85 to 95% cocoa chocolate liquors and chestnuts roasting in the traditional way and perhaps a reindeer. The 12 days of Christmas to remind people that Christmas isn't just 2 days but the whole 12 days. All those who have gone before us and Peace on earth through health remembering who we really are which is the beauty of the gift of God's creation.

While Meredith picked up one of the Peace beads she remembered where the glass making had originated from. 'Children listen' Meredith said, 'The history of glass making dates back to around 4000 BC, with the first evidence of making glass found in Mesopotamia and Egypt' The children laughed 'What does that name mean? Meredith replied 'let's look it up' as they did they saw something interesting.Mesopotamia, is from the Greek, literally means "between rivers." It refers to the region between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers, encompassing the middle East, and historically important areas. The region is known as the "cradle of civilization" due to the development of early writing, agriculture, and advanced societal structures.. That's interesting' the children said and Meredith continued with the making of glass, 'Over time, glass making techniques evolved, including the development of glass blowing, which revolutionized the production of hollow glass objects. Glass making spread across the ancient world, with distinct styles and traditions emerging in different areas' ' So,really the Peace beads we have are important because they originate from the holy land in memory' reminding everyone who buys a pair of running or walking shoes that there is a bigger story to them with the Peace beads and labels and asks us to think and to think of the development of where we are today!' The other Peace beads will hopefully be made by Rye Pottery out of clay Genesis 2:7. Isaiah 64:8 and glazed white where they hand-painted figures based on the pilgrims from Chaucer's renowned Canterbury Tales and the translation of Chaucer's original text and the few illustrations of the Pilgrims shown in the Ellesmere Manuscript. Chaucer has been called the "father of English literature".

As Meredith looked out of the window she noticed that it was getting dark and another clear night sky was as beautiful as the one before. She pondered on how the vast expanse looked like the ocean, but the other way around. 'After dinner we must go outside and look up at the constellations' again this reminded them of the Christmas journey and saving Christmas. 'What shall we have for dinner' Meredith asked. Now as the children were Meredith's children they knew about the goodness in the vegetables and the goodness of the fish and they said with a giggle 'Can we have fresh organic salmon, with organic Spinach, organic Tomatoes and organic dwarf beans & organic new potatoes for dinner please'? Barty Bartrum & Monty Montgomery looked up in glee at the thought of the nice food. and Meredith said 'With a sprig of fresh mint on the potatoes, perhaps'? Now Meredith knew that that would be a real treat and said 'this evening, yes. But as it is expensive we really must contact the soil association and sign the petition to ask for the organic food to be made affordable to all. Remind me to do this a little later' Meredith went off and started the dinner smiling to herself at how beautiful she felt her children are and all the goodness they will be getting from their dinner. After dinner Meredith went to collect the night sky cards from the other room for them all to look up to the beautiful night sky and find the constellations and read about them. As they gazed up Meredith thought how all people see the night sky everywhere around the world and the constellations and how this really is a gift of Gods creation and how the 3 wise men followed the star to Bethlehem to Jesus & how the night sky has been used to navigate throughout history. 'Whatever is good and perfect is a gift coming down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow. James 1:17 The children, Barty & Monty all began to yawn at the same time and Meredith said ' after your shower, pajamas on and off to bed' Off they went with a giggle. 'snuggle up now and off to sleep' and sleep perused. While Meredith was asleep she dreamed of how important remembering the gift of Gods creation really is and the inspiration that everyone takes from that in every day lives.

The architecture in the world and how the body is a beautiful example of this and should be treated and looked after as such. The Mechanical loading, or the forces exerted on bones during activities like walking, running, and jumping, is crucial for building and maintaining strong bones in both children and adults. Children's bones, in particular, are highly adaptable and respond more effectively to mechanical loading than adult bones. This means that incorporating these types of activities into childhood and adolescence can lead to greater bone mass and strength, which can positively impact bone health throughout life. She dreamed about her running health shoe shop guiding people on their journey back to health that they had forgotten as the gift of God's creation and how this would be beautiful if everyone looked after it. The whiter than white brighter than bright Tiger and panther playing with Barty and Monty running around with the butterflies and bumble bees and the children giggling pretending to gently be like them but not them without hurting anyone, ever. The Children & adults all around the world with no hunger or homelessness and the holy land & all around the world in Peace forever...

As morning approached Meredith was woken by the beautiful bird song she could hear with the window open and and as the children awoke she asked the normal question 'what is the weather like today?' 'Um, Bright clear sky with a beautiful frost & no clouds' one child repeated the same and a little voice said 'Bright clear sky with a beautiful frost, fluffy clouds & a rainbow'. With this said I jumped out of bed opened the curtains and the day started beautifully as we expected 'Bright clear sky with a beautiful frost'. Now, Meredith always thought of smoked salmon and poached eggs and always never had them, but hoped, one day, they would be on the menu once a week, organic of course. But today it was the usual, blue berries, nuts and raisins and a slice of sour dough toast, if Meredith had the bread in.

She went down stairs and looked to see if there was a letter in the post with news of her being able to buy the house 116 Tenterden High Street the old gallery house. Oh, no sign today again. Off she went and got dressed with Barty and Monty at her feet running around with the children giggling. There was another beautiful frost sparkling all over the grass and fields and the children reminded her to sign the petition for the organic food at the soil association. Meredith signed into her email and signed the petition. After doing this Meredith's thoughts returned to saving Christmas and how Advent is an experience of thoughtfulness and prayer that celebrates the journey and arrival of Jesus with Hope, Peace, Joy and Love. Meredith looked up and saw the children with Barty and Monty running around again with the birds, bees and butterflies and thought how lovely it would be if everyone who came to the running health shoe shop 'Everybody...has a story running' joined in with a healthy build up to Christmas. Meredith said 'If everyone thought can I afford to live healthily and the answer was no then why don't they ask themselves, 'What can I do about it to help make the change for myself and everyone around me to live healthily and if I can't afford to why would I want to have children and not feed them healthily or clothe them or educate them healthily'? If everyone thought along those lines then the world would be a far healthier place and the gift of Gods creation would be remembered as it truly is and that people had forgotten and the change in the world would begin to happen.' The children all stopped running around and smiled and said 'But Jesus was poor' and Meredith smiled and said 'Not really as the beauty was inside and outside as a gift from God. Mary was special his Mother, but the people had forgotten and if they had remembered, then they all would have been healthy and healed' 'Do you think we will see scarfy giraffe today' Meredith smiled and said 'perhaps we will, if she isn't busy trying to get the farmer to change back to organic'. They then walked up to the pond and along the way tried to catch the falling leaves again giggling as they went. They said good morning to Billy in the distance tending to the cricket ground and sat down by the Pond while the butterflies and bumble bees danced around them and the fish swam freely in the pond and the birds flew around them singing. Then all of a sudden there was a missed call regarding Meredith's letters and a mumbled voice saying something like ' There was a mistake in your situation and a payment is owed to you and an official letter will be sent to you in a few days time'. Meredith said 'Children, children be still a moment as I think the world may be beginning to hear what we are saying and saving Christmas really may be possible & Peace throughout the world'. 'Hurrah' the children rang out as loud as they could and Barty and Monty both looked on in glee. As the children calmed Meredith explained about the gift of God's creation and all the trees that give us oxygen, shade, fuel, house building material and musical instruments like the violin and cello to even the keys on the piano being harvested at a certain cycle of the moon. Perhaps for Christmas people could give the gift of planting trees, that might be nice 'One of the children said 'I would like to learn a musical instrument. Can I?' Meredith replied 'I don't see why not'. Meredith continued, That's why it is so important to look after the gift of God's creation including ourselves our health and the health of those around us in the best way we can through the running health shoe shop and charity. Did I mention the charity children?' The children, Barty Bartrum and Monty Montgomery were all trying to catch butterflies and damselflies with Meredith's pink net and they all said 'no' as they did so one of them caught a damselfly and marveled at the beautiful colours in nature of the gift of God's creation. Meredith proceeded and explained about the charity. 'Well, the charity will be there to remind people that Peace, faith and health are what is important to us and that children and the vulnerable should be safe because we are all God's children. Now when I say faith part of it is believing that even in the day time the stars are still shining in the sky, but we can't see them, we know they are still there though. In the night time we know that the sun will rise again, we have faith. We also have faith that we can run or walk, but for some it is a little more difficult and for those who can't very well, then the charity might be able to help. Other people might like to have a running health shoe shop in their country and they can apply in writing to me to see if that can happen, but it MUST happen in Tenterden by Me Meredith first. So we run & walk with Faith, Peace & light... We have a t-shirt too' Meredith smiled. 'The charity will also commission Peace beads and healthy shoes for children that are affordable through the charity along with a book, a little bit like this story'. As they strolled along the lane to home Meredith's thoughts returned to the phone call she had received and looked into the estate agents window wishing that it would be the right amount so that she could buy 116 Tenterden High Street The old gallery house where their home would be with the running health shoe shop 'Everybody...has a story running' An apology in the letter and Peace & light beginning to be seen with the vulnerable safe. A little bit like 'And the leaves of the tree are the healing of the nations....'

(Revelations 22.2) I walk in Truth knowing that I do all I can to walk in health with those around me....

He gives us the strength and the earth, plants & all to heal... 'Beautifully remembered' the children said while running home.

Once home Meredith and the children along with Barty Bartrum and Monty Montgomery sat down for a healthy dinner. Barty always sat at the feet of Meredith keeping them safe and warm and Monty sat on the back of the chair. Saving Christmas once again became the focus and how to encourage Peace, Health and light for all in Tenterden and those who looked at the website www.everybodyrunning.com

After dinner and a shower Meredith and the children looked on the computer at how they could make leaflets to distribute for the runs in Hemsted Forest. One of the children said 'We can have a run on Christmas day'

Meredith replied ' That's a nice idea, I used to run on Christmas day many years ago and it was always a nice atmosphere of hope, kindness and peace in health. Every runner would take a wrapped gift and place it on the table and after the run and the results given you would go up to the table and select a gift. It was a peaceful and kind way and very beautiful. Off all the runners would disappear home to Finnish the preparation for Christmas dinner.' It would have to be early as we have Church first thing in the morning!'

Perhaps it would be better on the 26th December as one of the 12 days of Christmas and a representation of Mary and Josephs' journey in health and those who have gone before us. We could call it 'Peace & Light...' The children began to get excited at the thought of Christmas. As Meredith took herself up to bed they all snuggled down and went to sleep.

Meredith dreamed again about the Christmas journey and how people from the East used to navigate by the stars a little bit like the 3 wise men or magi and how this was so accurate that computers hardly can compare. In Greenwich, where she was born, there was an observatory where the ships sailed from and where longitude and a marine time piece was designed to allow people to travel to far away countries safely by sea and changed the world by a man called Harrison. How craftsmanship was above all remembered and brilliant in all it's beauty and a gift from Gods creation. How a flower opens with the light of the sun and moon at certain times of year. If only people remembered how beautiful the true gift of Gods creation really is and in themselves first saw this and then in others and in the world we live in.

Barty with Moulin Roty rabbit in tow all of a sudden bounced onto the bed and woke Meredith from her dream followed by Monty. The children woke with a start one saying in a daze as if already asked the question

'I think it is going to be sunny with fluffy clouds' and then went back to sleep. They all snuggled up and drifted of to sleep again.

When it was finally time to get up, they all went through the normal routine of listening to the sound of the birds, a beautiful gift to us all and free. Before I opened the curtains 'what is the weather like today?' I said and on this particular day we decided it was an...

'Um, Bright clear sky with a beautiful frost' one child repeated the same and a little voice said

'Bright clear sky with a beautiful frost & fluffy clouds'.

Meredith pondered, 'Once we have the running health shoe shop, we must start running in the morning, that will be nice' the children smiled as they ran around with Barty and Monty ' and in the afternoon so everyone can see you running as support to the shop' Meredith looked up and said 'That's another good idea' 'In the summer I can wear one of our T-Shirts too' 'Brilliant' the children said after finding Moulin Roty rabbit for Barty who was hiding behind the chair cushion. One of the butterfly pupae was about to hatch and the children were keeping an eye on them every now and then to see what happens. 'are they ready yet' Meredith asked 'As it's very late in the season. 'These ones may have to stay in the house until spring, if they want to, of course. They may prefer to hibernate outside' The children all began to organise a butterfly house on the computer.

'Can we get this one' One of them asked. I will see what they have in the local shops first'

'Now' Meredith said

'about saving Christmas' I've seen a bauble that can be ordered on the computer that is from Bethlehem. That may be a nice way of helping people remember where Jesus was born and the journey Christianity has taken to get here to Tenterden' The children giggled and asked have you been to Bethlehem?'

'Kind of' Meredith replied.

'What do you mean' one of the children said.

'Well I went many years ago to save the children on all sides in a situation that has been around for many years. 2 days I was in Jerusalem and very frightened as it was a beautiful city where people were helpful and kind and yet very frightened in case I was there to hurt them, which was of course, not the case, a very complex situation, which is still to this day trying to be resolved in a world that has forgotten just how Beautiful it really is'

The children sat down with Barty and Monty and asked about the children I was trying to save. Meredith looked out the window and thought to herself...

'Time is a healer if remembered and understood'

The children asked again..

'What children'

'Well, really the children everywhere all around the world, but at that point in the Holy land on all sides'

The children snuggled up to Bart and Monty and listened on.

'Remember, we are all God's children'

The children smiled.

'In England, Britain also we have our situations here too with the food we eat and the education we have. Remember can I afford to eat healthily and if not what can I do about it. My Mother Pamela Frances Evelyn Russell Pannett used to put notes on the side and all around the house that read 'Think of the children in Africa who are starving'

'Really'

One of the children said...

'Yes, really, That's why 'Everybody...has a story running' is so important to me.

The running shoes will be of all colours and a few rather special makes and the choice will not be fashion but by what shoe will be best for the foot the person has for their individual journey.

I remember my first pair of running shoes were a make I had never heard of and colours I really would not have normally worn, but what was important was that they were the right shoes for my body to run in on my journey. The young people would soon understand that fashion is really a fleeting moment where as classical craftsmanship is with you always a little bit like the time piece in Greenwich observatory by Mr Harrison and the 3 wise men on their journey to deliver the gifts to Jesus & my beautifully hand knitted cardigan that I bought at the Pilgrims'. The children giggled 'Oh Meredith, you are funny' Meredith smiled and continued 'We just have to save Christmas' Barty and Monty jumped up and started running towards the butterfly pupae...

'Whats going on' the children shouted...

'It's the butterfly, it's coming out of the chrysalis'...

As they watched, a beautiful thing began to happen, they began to see the gift of Gods creation and all horrible thoughts of the wiggly chrysalis began to disappear and a new chapter began to come alive in the lives of Meredith & the children with the beautiful butterfly they called the wiggly one'

Time is a healer if remembered and understood Meredith repeated to herself. If only we remembered how beautiful the world really is and all the horrible things that have happened are not repeated again and again and the horrible memories are laid to rest so that the world remembers the Truth that the world really is a Beautiful place and Jesus' messages of Peace before he lay down his life for the sin of the World.

The children all looked up from the butterfly...

'What are you thinking'

'Oh nothing really, just how beautiful and yet how delicate the butterfly is and how precious life really is. If only everyone remembered this the world would be far more at Peace and the Beauty of the gift of Gods creation would be respected and Christmas should be a time that this is remembered and then remembered throughout the year as a time of kindness and thoughtfulness for ourselves and those around us whatever your religion'.

The children smiled and continued to run around after Barty and Monty and the butterfly by this time, which had taken flight.

I do love Christmas, I hope to have the running health shoe shop open before then and the runs in Hemsted Forest and perhaps the letter to say this will arrive soon and the change we need to see in the world will begin to happen, 'keep saying our prayers Children' Meredith said. The children giggled and agreed.

In a dream Meredith had the following happened.....

After a month had gone by the letter had arrived and the money was readily available to buy 116 Tenterden High Street the old gallery house. All the normal procedures of buying the house had all gone through and contracts were signed and the keys were ready the following day.

The very next day after the morning routine Meredith saw a beautiful frost on the ground that reminded her of the card she had of a tree with sparkling glitter all over it which she always kept close by on the table to remind her of the healing leaves and the holy spirit. She smiled at how beautiful the gift of Gods creation really is and the children came bounding into the room with the new wiggle butterfly, Barty Bartrum with Moulin Roty Rabbit in tow and Monty Montgomery. They were all full of energy after breakfast and ready for the morning walk to the pond at the cricket ground then onto Morgew estate. They were ready for the big move and to collect the keys with a few bits left to pack. Off they went on their walk, first collecting the keys and then to the pond to see if anything had frozen over from the frost. They saw Billy and he was packing up for the winter and going back home where he would spent his time until Spring the following year. They saw Scarfy Giraffe and she was happy the keys were finally in my hands and said she would pop by once we were settled in and the shop was open. She had a habit of passing by without anyone seeing and saying hello to those who knew she was there. We said goodbye and set off back home to ready ourselves for the move and arrived to a moving van outside the apartment. We packed everything in and handed our keys back to the land lord Nigel and off we went to 116 Tenterden High street the old gallery house excited as we went.

Excitedly, we said a christian prayer put the key in the door and entered 116 Tenterden High Street The Old gallery house. It had been empty for a while and needed cleaning, but was beautiful. The children, Barty Bartrum with Moulin Roty Rabbit and Monty Montgomery along with the wiggly butterfly all ran around the house and into the garden.

The first thing Meredith wanted to do was put a small prayer box by the outside of the front door she had seen her friends have Barbara and David Winston (The Piano Man) many years before. Friends she often thought about and missed dearly.

Meredith thought back to her Aunt who lived in her family home when she was a child who was a Piano teacher for the Ukraine music school many years before and who gave her lessons on the Piano briefly. Again she thought of the importance of the Running health shoe shop 'Everybody...has a story running' Principles and saving Christmas.

One of the children asked

'What are you thinking about'

Meredith smiled and said 'Time is a healer if remembered and understood'

After that was accomplished she set about cleaning the house, stripping the floor boards, bee's waxing them and ordering all the things she needed in the house. The 2 monastic chest of drawers along with the chair for the shop.

The children began to think about the garden and the bird's house, mouse house with the lambs wool in and the bumble bee hive along with the ladybird larvae readying for spring. The wiggly butterfly was happy their would be a house for her too.

The shelves for the shoes were made by craftsmen that look after the churches in England, Britain and had mice, Oak leaves, and a little boy and little girls face on the ends very carefully and very specially made. On one piece of woodwork a hand with babies feet and a sandal to represent Jesus journey or life's journey. The clothes will be hung on wooden pegs and a display cabinet for the accessories. The shop would soon be ready.

The children all marveled at beauty of the trees and how Gods hand can create something so beautiful through the hands of a human, 'Gods gift to us' Meredith said 'and that's why every journey is precious and should be remembered as a gift'

Meredith all of a sudden awoke again with Bart Bartrum with Moulin Roty Rabbit and Monty Montgomery leaping onto the bed with the wiggly butterfly flying around her head. The children woke and we all went through our normal routine...

The sound of the beautiful bird song

'what is the weather like today?'

'Um, Bright clear sky with a beautiful frost & no clouds' one child repeated the same and a little voice said

'Bright clear sky with a beautiful frost, fluffy clouds & a rainbow'. With this said I jumped out of bed opened the curtains and the day started beautifully as we expected

I looked in the mirror and accomplished my normal ballet twirl and off we went to prepare a healthy breakfast with the beauty of the gift of God's creation.

'Now where is that letter' Meredith said to herself as she prepared for the day ahead...

Meredith thought back to her last Birthday in June and remembered the day. The children all woke up earlier than usual and Barty and Monty leaped onto the bed to surprise Meredith as they all sang Happy Birthday.

'That was beautiful! Meredith said...

'Shall we treat ourselves to a poached egg and salmon on sourdough bread this morning with sparkling mineral water and a slice of lemon?'

The children all shouted..

'OH, YES PLEASE!'

'Organic!' Meredith said

'Hurrah' the children shouted

'Scarfy Giraffe will be pleased'

We listened to the sound of the birds, a beautiful gift to us all and free.

'what is the weather like today?'

'Um, Bright clear sky with a beautiful fluffy clouds' one child repeated the same and a little voice said

'Bright clear sky with a beautiful frost, fluffy clouds'.

With this said I jumped out of bed opened the curtains and the day started beautifully as we expected. I looked in the mirror and accomplished my normal ballet twirl and off we went for our Birthday healthy breakfast with the beauty of the gift of God's creation in mind thinking of how this will benefit our mind, body & soul.

After breakfast we went for our normal walk to the pond and then Meredith decided to go for a run of 5 kilometers along the Appledore Road. Barty Bartrum and Monty Montgomery stayed at home while the bird, the bees, and butterflies all followed while the children all cheered her along the run. Then home again feeling refreshed. While they completed their normal stretching routine on the step outside the house a bird all of a sudden poked it's head through a broken air brick in the wall.

'Hello' Meredith and the children said..

The bird turned it's head to face them..

'I'm stuck' Said the bird..

'I can see that little one. How did you get there?'

'I fell down a hole in the roof by the wall and can't get out. 'I heard someone saying 'Love you God Love you Jesus Love you Mum love you Dad' and came along to see what was happening and now I'm stuck''

'Oh, I see. Stay there and I will return'

Meredith quickly ran up the stairs and found the scissors ran back down the stairs and quickly said..

Turn your head and don't look'

Meredith quickly used the scissors to snap the plastic which Meredith never liked as the craftsmanship in building had deteriorated with architecture a while ago, funnily enough with people too, Meredith thought, perhaps an indication of where the world was and that the running health shoe shop really was important.

The bird all of a sudden realised she could get out and said..

'Thank you' and off she flew.

Meredith then ran up the stairs and prepared herself for opening her birthday present from the children, Barty Bartrum and Monty Montgomery.

'Here you go, your present' the children said..

They gave her a bag with a small box wrapped in paper with a ribbon around it. Meredith unwrapped it and opened the box. There lay 2 beautiful fish made with Liberty material and a reminder that they represent Jesus Christ. It's derived from the Greek word for "fish," which is "Ichthys," and the first letters of the Greek words for "Jesus Christ, God's Son, Savior" The symbol used to identify with Christianity.

'Beautiful!' Meredith said 'Thank you so much'. As she said thank you she thought of all the good that the gift of Gods creation brings and all the kindness in the world that have meaning that people forget.

The day drew near and Meredith prepared herself for bed time, said her prayers and settled down to sleep. 'Snuggle up now and go to sleep' Barty and Monty yawned and settled, the children giggled and soon were asleep and Meredith fell asleep thinking of how beautiful the day was.

'Now where is that letter' Meredith said again to herself ...

The children, Barty Bartrum, Monty Montgomery with Moulin Roty Rabbit and wiggly butterfly all asked the same question. 'When will we be able to move into 116 Tenterden High Street and open Everybody...has a story running'?

Meredith smiled and said 'soon I hope as I have everything prepared and all people contacted with regards to the stock and running shoes. I hope to hear from the Forestry England soon too to see if we can hold the runs/walks in the Hemsted Forest, So I hope soon. Keep your Faith strong and hope in our hearts and something positive will happen'

The children smiled and ran around the house with hope in their hearts and wiggly butterfly flying around the room.
